This time around I dusted off a classic playlist from summer 2002. I had a friend who was about to take a business road trip with a female co-worker. My buddy thought there were some sparks and he wanted to try to take things to the next level. He asked me for a covert mix for this purpose. By all accounts, the girl's then-boyfriend was a jerk, and they were an on-again, off-again kind of thing. So a third friend and I concocted this mix for the road trip. The title comes from a line out of "Shelter from the Storm."
